• Auto insurance companies, including: Geico, Farmers, State Farm, Unigard, etc.

If you would like our office to verify your benefits for you, please give us a call.

Though we will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of your benefits, you are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.

If you do not have insurance, or your insurance does not cover a service, please note we offer discounts (time of service rates) for those who pay on the day of the appointment. You receive a 25% discount for paying in full on the day or receiving services! We also offer an additional 5% discount to anyone who uses a sustainable form of transportation to get to and from appointments.
