The following is a list useful links that I have compiled.

Comprehensive educational site about bipolar illness, particularly mood swings without mania (bipolar II depression). This has many links to information about diagnosis, treatment, and medications.  It also includes helpful tools such as an online mood tracking program.  I highly recommend this site.

Excellent information on reading assessment and strategies parents can use to help children become competant readers.  Also includes information about web resources.  This site was developed by Sacha Luria-Smith (our daughter), a credentialled teacher who specializes in one-to-one tutoring with students having reading, spelling, writing or math difficulties.  (Her private practice is in Portland, OR)
